Mixed Berry Chambord Butter

This spread melts into Popovers for the ultimate delectable bite!  Mix everything but the preserves with a blender or stand mixer, stir in preserves to retain the fruit pieces – enjoy!

• 1/2 stick (1/4 cup) butter, unsalted
• 1/2 package cream cheese, 4 oz (normal package block is 8 oz)
• 1 tablespoon Chambord liqueur (for non-alcoholic substitute: raspberry or pomegranate juice)
• 3 tablespoons confectioners sugar (plus more to taste)
• 2 tablespoons good quality fruit preserves (cherry, raspberry, mixed berry, etc)
