Golden Brown Crusted Scallops in Keylime Garlic Sauce

So very simple and so very delicious!  Pan searing scallops takes only two minutes on each side, making them a great idea for a weeknight dinner!  I love scallops and have been fearful of making them at home…fear no more!  I tried Use Real Butter’s Pan-seared Scallops recipe and they turned out perfect!  The only changes I made were to use 1/4 cup of water mixed with 1/4 cup of keylime juice and a tsp of garlic.  I found 5-6 per person to be a good serving size (and for under $3.00 per person…that’s fantastic!!)
